It is my pleasure, as incoming Chairperson of CIPD Western region; and on behalf of the Committee to welcome you to our updated 2011/12 website.

Whether this is your first visit to our site or you are already familiar with it, we have something for everyone. It will keep you up to date and informed on regional and national CIPD news, with details of upcoming events, information and photographs after each event, and membership upgrading. I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our upcoming events for 2011/12. This year’s theme 'Transformational HR - Building Business Capability' has all the essentials for an exciting year of events not to be missed. Our events are open to members and non-members alike so please feel free to bring colleagues, customers and friends. They are ideal opportunities to network with the HR and business community in the region.
