When will I be an “older” worker ?
Age and ageism is becoming a prevalent issue in modern societies and this is emerging as a critical issue for organisations today. However, progress in understanding the true significance of age bias in the workplace has been hampered by a persistent difficulty in arriving at an agreed definition of a mature or older worker. This talk will focus on age and ageism in the workplace and implications of same for managing human resources.
