Pat Cunneen is a director of Lighthouse Organisational Consultants and is also Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at the University of Limerick.

Until 2002, Pat was Director of Human Resources for Worldwide Manufacturing at Analog Devices Inc. with

strategic HR responsibilities for Massachusetts, California, Ireland, Taiwan, Japan and the Philippines.

Previously, from 1987 to 1990, Pat was Director of Human Resources for Analog Devices in Wilmington, Massachusetts. From 1976 to 1987,

he was Personnel Manager during the start-up of Analog’s Irish Division, based in Limerick. Earlier experience includes De Beers, Shannon Development Company and Wyeth Laboratories.

Pat has a B. Comm. from U.C.D.; an M.B.S. from U.L. and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has presented and chaired at major conferences in Ireland, U.K., U.S. and Asia.

Pat’s primary consulting interests are in the areas of strategic organisation, planning and design, executive coaching, management development and guidance, and support through organisational change.
